What is myTouchMD?

Your doctor/provider uses a patient education and secure communication app called TouchMD. As a patient of their practice/clinic, you have access to your account either via an online web portal or smartphone app.

In the myTouchMD app, you may send secure photos, explore procedures and services offered by your doctor, review recommended topics selected by your doctor/provider, and relive each consultation saved to your personal timeline.

How do I access my account on myTouchMD?

Look for the welcome email from the sender “TouchMD Messages” to set up your password.

Once you have set up your password, log in to your account either at patient.touchmd.com or in the myTouchMD app on your smartphone.

Please contact your doctor’s office if you are having problems with your myTouchMD account, or use the link below to reset your password.
